And in that moment, I didn’t just slow down. I woke up.
I remembered that my best work doesn’t come from pressure - it comes from presence.
From flow. From playfulness. From actually enjoying what I do.
That’s when everything shifted.
That’s when I started doing success differently.
I took everything I knew about physical fitness and applied it to the mind.

I built new habits.

I completely shifted my inner dialogue.

I became obsessed with Mental Fitness, Neuroscience and Positive Psychology and made it part of my daily life.

I learned how to manage my energy to get the most out of my day.

For most of my life, I chased success the way I was taught: through grit, hustle, and relentless performance. I was a high-achiever through and through - first in professional basketball, then as a corporate leader for over 13 years. I knew how to deliver. I knew how to win.
But I also knew what it felt like to be silently struggling behind the scenes.
To hit every target - and still feel disconnected.
To look successful on paper - while my mind ran on overdrive.
To constantly question, push, and prove… and never feel like it was quite enough.
That all changed when I burned out - hard.
