With a background in professional sports and 15 year in corporate leadership, I know firsthand what happens when performance is fuelled by pressure alone - burnout, disengagement and wasted potential.

That’s why I teach leaders and teams to work with their minds, not against them. My workshops blend Neuroscience, Positive Intelligence and practical tools to build cultures where people feel energised, focused and genuinely motivated to do their best work.
