Meet your coach
With a background in professional basketball and 13+ years in corporate leadership, high performance was my identity. I thrived on results, tied my worth to achievement and believed working hard and hustling was the only way to win - until burnout hit hard.
The pressure, the self-criticism, the constant “do more” voice became too much. That’s when I remembered what sports taught me: discipline gets you far, but joy takes you further. I began applying everything I knew about physical fitness to mental fitness.
I rebuilt my habits, rewired my inner dialogue and studied neuroscience and positive psychology. The transformation was powerful - my energy changed, my confidence deepened and most importantly, I started winning differently.
Now, my mind is my biggest ally. I still go after big goals - but with ease, joy, and flow. And I want to help you do the same.
